There are so many frictions along the way when a manager wants to equip his teams and coordinate material-related processes in-between parties! It usually takes a lot of time, it’s complex, costly and without saying there are only poor sustainable considerations involved in the process 😭
These factors combined result in a big waste of potential that we at rzilient are addressing in a simple, cost-efficient and sustainable way ! We do so by leveraging hardware as the entry door, providing them with refurbished iT material while helping them manage it through our SaaS.
By joining rzilient, managers can gain back the ownership of their iT fleet while taking their mind out of the fuss that equipment can represent – from sourcing it, distributing it wherever their teams are, maintaining it up until the moment it is recycled ♻️ We are building a one and only platform where all services and solutions are integrated so that we can empower stakeholders positively and cover their needs throughout-the-line.

Job description –
Are you willing to challenge the status quo and feeling like you can grow our business’ top line ? Do you have a thorough knowledge of what a sales funnel looks like ?
We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive this vision forward to shape our best practices and drive our target’s interest towards our innovative offers 🚀
Day to day tasks include – but not limited to :
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Successfully create business with new accounts.
Identify our target companies and research the markets we address. Be aware of the trends and business opportunities in these markets.
Responsible for the entire sales process: from cold calling to the closing of qualitative deals.
Manage negotiations with medium and senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. Good relationship-building is key !
You will be involved from prioritizing our sales actions to implementing clients’ partnerships and will be able to nurture our business strategy throughout-the-line. You will work closely with everybody within our founding team, especially with our Partnerships Manager and our CEO.
Skills for impact –
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales.
Proactive, organised and excellent active-listener to understand the needs of our clients.
Know how to negotiate your way into a super deal.
Previous experience using HubSpot will be valued.
Self-starter who is able to work in a fast-pace startup environment.
Preferably with experience in digital/SaaS startup business + affinity with iT as well as CSR will be valued.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent level of French & English – good level of Spanish is a plus.
