Key Account Manager

You, Account Manager :

Your mission, should you accept it, is to convert our most promising customers into Key Accounts with strong relationships at strategic level, different entry points, proactive action plans and a growing business.

What’s the role about

Handle the relationship with key accounts
Transform our high potential customers in strategic partners.
Identify and prospect within these organisations the decision-makers to extend our presence and secure our relationship over time.
Build a genuine web of relations based on our customers’ digital and UX key objectives.
Carry out sales from end to end, starting with needs detection and ending with deal closing.
Participate in the evolution of our sales strategy.

What we expect from you

You have proven track records in B2B sales with key accounts, ideally within a digital agency or within a consulting firm and a passion for innovative tech-based services.
You are able to demonstrate how you can create durable relationships with your customers while engaging with new contacts.
Ideally, you’ve already experimented working remotely.
You’re comfortable communicating both on the phone and in face-to-face situations.
You can express yourself in proper French and English, both orally and in written language.
