Co-Founder and CTO for neurological assessment startup

What we’re looking for:

As the CTO, you will lead all technical aspects of the company to develop a software platform integrating several different measurements during neurological assessment, including brain data and wearable technology. Statistics and other algorithms will be applied to the data to better characterize neurological disease. The CTO will be given a great deal of flexibility and will be a key member of the founding team.

Responsibilities:

Develop software platform integrating several different patient measurements.
Build mobile applications and the back-end to support it.
Collaborate with other scientists and companies on projects.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree.
Minimum of three years in full-stack development.
Extensive knowledge of Java (Android mobile development) and back-end technologies, such as Node.js.
Knowledge of bioinformatics, predictive analytics, and Python would be a plus.
Proven track record of architecting end-to-end systems and leading small teams.
Willing to work extended hours depending on company needs, as with any startup.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
