Sales Development Representative

What we’re looking for:

Do whatever it takes to provide our Sales Team with appointments with the right people in the right organisations at the right time.

Your role:

You will be primarily responsible for developing qualified leads for the Sales Team. This is a very fast-paced job with constant feedback loop and you will operate globally. Here is what it entails: find, track and approach our target customers, deeply understand their technical recruitment process and how Codility can help, develop and run outreach campaigns via phone and email, interact with prospects via online chat. In general, do whatever it takes to provide our Sales Team with appointments with the right people in the right organisations at the right time.

We are a healthy mixture of engineers and business people. There are daily challenges and lots of fast learning across the board. This is the best job we have had so far.

Our Sales and Customer Success team practices Scrum and ethical sales. We believe that solving our clients problems means great business for us. We work closely with our Product and Dev Team to deliver on that promise. We set targets and find best ways of reaching them through experimentation and sharing best practices.

We work from a loft office in the centre of Warsaw* and co-working space in San Francisco. Our Warsaw office has a hammock and a flying helicopter but the work we do is serious. We open it up for meetups, guests and our friends.
