Summary:
We are seeking an individual who can work in a startup environment
with the ability to effectively gather, analyze and manage data entry for our clients and partners.
The position is responsible for oversight of customer turn-up activities for our self-help and managed digital marketing solution for small businesses.
This includes email and web based interactions with automated reports and perform tasks assigned by a direct supervisor or by the automated reports.
The ideal candidate can quickly grasp new technologies and concepts in an unstructured, fast-paced work environment.
Responsible for assuring client’s data is captured, entered, edited onto the system in a timely manner and efficiently.
Prioritize work effectively in order to meet all client commitments daily
Work overtime when needed to meet critical deadlines
Effective and timely intra-team communication with peers and supervisors
Problem Solving
Spots hidden problems and possesses effective analytical skills
Demonstrates consistency in completing daily goals and objectives
Technical competency
Experienced with major Internet applications and services such as Yelp, Google, Maps, Facebook, Siri and etc.
