Summary:

We are seeking an individual who can work in a startup environment

with the ability to effectively gather, analyze and manage data entry for our clients and partners.

The position is responsible for oversight of customer turn-up activities for our self-help and managed digital marketing solution for small businesses.

This includes email and web based interactions with automated reports and perform tasks assigned by a direct supervisor or by the automated reports.

The ideal candidate can quickly grasp new technologies and concepts in an unstructured, fast-paced work environment.

• Responsible for assuring client’s data is captured, entered, edited onto the system in a timely manner and efficiently.

• Be able to research and report on a variety of client issues, including    verification of record, complaints, and recommend solutions

• Prioritize work effectively in order to meet all client commitments daily

• Work overtime when needed to meet critical deadlines

• Effective and timely intra-team communication with peers and supervisors

• Problem Solving

• Spots hidden problems and possesses effective analytical skills

• Demonstrates consistency in completing daily goals and objectives

Technical competency

• Experienced with major Internet applications and services such as Yelp, Google, Maps, Facebook, Siri and etc.
