CEO needed to build a business around an existing mobile app

We’re looking for an experienced business builder to drive the launch and growth of an existing app within the Health and Wellness field.

The app provides customers with a straightforward tool for booking and paying for Footspa massages.  There is also an accompanying app provided free of charge to vendors to manage their scheduling and bookings.  These two technologies pair up to provide one click ordering, booking and payment.  The app is available for both iOS and Android.

The current scope of functionality is focused on the immediate ordering, booking and payment.  Future scope will expand to include customer retention programs, incentive programs, staffing optimization programs etc, essentially whatever solutions help the business owner increase value for their business.

The app generates revenue via a service fee charged to each booking.  The owner of the Footspa doesn’t pay for the basic ordering and reservation.  Future services to help the owners grow their business will open up further revenue opportunities.

We would like our new CEO team member to take point on:

• capital raising

• strategic direction

• customer development

• shareholder communication

• exit strategy and tactical execution

This role will be supported by a strong technical team that can help to maintain feature requirements.

Preference will be given to individuals with:

• solid sales skills

• capital raising experience

• MnA experience

First steps will be to raise sufficient operating capital and build a tight, core team.  Based off the raised capital you will be compensated with salary, medical benefits and attractive equity.
