We started the business because we felt the pain of hiring at startups. We had agency recruiters banging down our doors. They were too expensive and their constant barrage of emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls were disruptive to both us and to candidates.
We’re building a platform with these unpleasant experiences in mind. So, we’re hands-off. And, we don’t charge placement fees to our companies, which means the best companies are more willing to take a shot with us.
