As Community Manager, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, solving real-time problems, creating lasting and meaningful relationships, and building an unforgettable brand. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice of Via by communicating directly with our current and potential users
  • Develop new systems and methods for positive and responsive customer service
  • Use social media to foster a community of Via fanatics
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations
  • Be a Via evangelist by spreading knowledge of our service and brand

  • A savvy, tactful, and graceful communicator – you intuitively find the right tone in every situation
  • A gifted writer – people often tell you how much they enjoy your writing
  • Connecting with people is your passion; you’re always looking to expand your network
  • Obsess about pleasing your customers
  • Outgoing, vivacious, and excited to preach the Via gospel
