As Community Manager, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, solving real-time problems, creating lasting and meaningful relationships, and building an unforgettable brand.
Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of Via by communicating directly with our current and potential users
- Develop new systems and methods for positive and responsive customer service
- Use social media to foster a community of Via fanatics
- Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Be a Via evangelist by spreading knowledge of our service and brand
