You have earned an outstanding undergraduate degree from a top university and have gained first working experiences (at least 2 years) in high-performance environments. You have a hands-on mentality; speed and getting things done excite you. You are a leader and a great communicator, understand e-commerce as well as local commerce issues, can motivate, structure and drive a team while at the same time sustaining a friendly and rewarding atmosphere. You have an entrepreneurial attitude with great interest for online businesses. A strong interest in the restaurant/food industry or professional experience in this field further sets you apart. You love the buzz of having people around you, but you are self-sufficient and can make and deliver on your own work plan.
