A Product Copilot is someone that works with our clients, coaching them through the process of collecting information, making effective product decisions, and translating that into technical tasks.

The Product Copilot works with the client to follow our process from ideation through built software features. This involves four primary activities with our clients: managing the process, providing input on strategic decisions, ensuring proper experiment design, and translating results into technical work.

The best fit candidate will have the following strengths: clarity (when communicating ideas), empathy (to understand others), intuition (to sense what’s missing), creativity and organization (to know what to do), and self-awareness (to know the limits of your knowledge). You must be passionate about startups, preferably having previously founded your own on a full-time basis. The best fit candidate will have experienced startup failure first hand and taken responsibility for how their product decisions impacted that failure.
