What we’re looking for:

As a National Sales Executive at Signpost, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth of our business. We’re a growth stage start-up with a competitive team. You will interact with senior management and provide input on the sales process and product at Signpost. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 75+ outbound sales calls per day to individual franchise locations, multi-location businesses (under 25 locations) and to small and medium-sized ad-agencies offering Signpost’s product suite.
  • Prospecting to find new potential clients, identify clients’ needs and propose effective sales strategies via phone

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years previous sales experience preferably with franchise brands or agencies.
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling, closing sales over the phone
  • Must be proficient at conducting needs analysis
  • Follow a transactional sale model with a 1-2 call close.
  • Ability to engage clients as you build relationships quickly and effectively to leverage referrals within national brands
  • Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
