Our first product, rCom+hCom, are the first Bluetooth® headphones for horses and riders was imagined to change how thousands of horse riders around the world connect with their horse, their sport, their music, their voice, their phone, their coach or even their lives.

We have a strong support from worldwide horse champions and scientists and are developing loads of innovations related to our only wish : understand how to go higher.

Your future position

This position reports to the CEO and the NY based Business Developer as a member of the sales and marketing team. The primary responsibility for this position is to lead the Online Marketing strategy by creating and executing marketing programs and projects to challenge our market positioning and to optimize our website (user experience, traffic, conversion rate) using various tools (HubSpot, HootSuite, AdWords, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads …).

This candidate should have a strong understanding of web marketing, lead generation and inbound marketing (content, call-to-action, conversion). A proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented and creative person with strong project management skills is required.

As part of this mission, you will have to deliver on the following tasks :

  • Lead the web marketing teams with the development and execution of marketing activities including but not limited to : promotions, visual and branding.
  • Structure the graphical chart on all communication channels
  • Redefine and optimize the editorial line on every channel to generate new leads and convert leads into prospect
  • Optimize the user experience and the pedagogy on our website
  • Make sure the experience is identical on computers, smartphones, iPad and in various languages : French and English.
  • Create the content published on various social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to acquire new leads (blog articles, graphics, pictures, videos, …)
  • Manage horseCom approval of any online channel use of brand/product imagery, logos, copy, etc.
  • Manage monthly online communication budget by processing reporting on channel marketing monthly tracking sheet
  • Partner in the management of creative briefs for all marketing assets requirements
  • Assist in the development of key account sell-in presentations
Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of web marketing, lead generation and inbound marketing (content, call-to-action, conversion). A proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented and creative person with strong project management skills is required.

  •   Business School with major in Marketing (or related field)
  •   A strong interest in horse sports preferred
  •   Experience in online marketing
  •   Experience in digital industry (start-up) preferred
  •   Excellent project management skills required
  •   Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  •   Proven ability to work independently and multi-task
  •  Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, creative and organized
  •   Must be a quick-thinker, able to trouble-shoot and have excellent communication skills
  •   Should be self-motivated
