We are looking for smart, motivated, quick thinking technologists who are relationship pros to join our Customer Success Team in San Francisco.  As a Mobile Marketing Strategist, it is your responsibility to be the expert in guiding marketing teams who are just getting their heads wrapped around mobile.  The ideal candidate will be a mobile marketing expert who can comfortably advise the biggest brands on their mobile strategy and execution.  If this sounds like you, drop us a line!

Responsibilities include:

  • Advise customers on mobile marketing best practices
  • Manage new customers through Swrve’s onboarding process
  • Refine Swrve’s onboarding materials as market needs change
  • Act as the primary relationship owner of Swrve’s largest accounts
  • Proactively train existing customers on product enhancements with webinars, training sessions, and online documentation
  • Represent and advocate on your customer’s behalf with Swrve’s product and engineering teams

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer on-boarding experience, with a SaaS offering a plus
  • Experience working with collaboration tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, Jive
  • Experience working with mobile and web based technologies such as REST and SQL
  • Ability to communicate with engineers and developers about technical issues
  • Ability to anticipate and manage project risks
  • Confident, solution-oriented, independent worker
  • Strong communicator, capable of thought leadership within the team
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Four year university/college degree required
