Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Main Street Hub Sales Development Program (SDP) is for new college graduates with strong leadership skills who are interested in developing careers in sales and business development. New Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) learn the fundamentals of consultative selling from developing knowledge on the social, mobile, local industry and Main Street Hub products, to the art of consultative selling. The SDP program’s energetic and fast-paced environment, which includes working in highly collaborative teams and hands on learning opportunities, creates development opportunities for graduates that will foster future leaders for our rapidly growing organization.

While in SDP You Will

  • Build proficiency in our products, customers needs, and markets
  • Develop top performer sales skills with our training and mentorship programs
  • Work with awesome local businesses nationwide
  • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high activity, high energy environment
  • Participate in formal training that covers topics such as time management, career self-management, and high impact communication
  • Develop organizational acumen though activities such as executive brown bags and collaboration with a breadth of departments
  • Assist with our university recruiting efforts to attract other high potential graduates

Position Requirements

  • Recent graduate from an accredited university (3.0 minimum cumulative GPA)
  • Eager to make a big impact for local businesses and be part of a winning team
  • Energetic and enthusiastic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passionate about social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Foursquare, Google+, etc.)
  • Highly effective oral and written communicator (English)
