TREE Token, a start-up launching an impact fund and platform for agroforestry projects worldwide is looking for a:

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

POSITION

We are looking for our Chief Operating Officer, to implement the development of the company (launch scheduled 1st semester 2019), by ensuring the effective execution of all its operations in a context of high growth. The person will closely collaborate with the co-founders to elaborate operational decisions and ensure their efficient execution. He/she will be in charge of fully starting the activity and growing it, progressively with the help of a team he/she will recruit in collaboration with the co-founders.

PROFILE

Highly motivated and skilled professional from top academic background, with 3 to 10 year experience in corporate finance (Investment Banking, Private Equity, VC..) or strategy consulting, or business development, with a strong background in finance and quantitative analysis. Ideally, the candidate would possess some familiarity with project financing and development (industrial, agricultural, impact projects, etc,,). A previous experience in entrepreneurship / intrapreneurship, NGOs, Impact Funds, will also be valued.

–       a strong desire to impact People and the Planet positively, combined with an interest in Impact Finance and Fintech.

–       a very strong working culture, capacity and ethics

–       a high level of autonomy, both intellectually and operationally. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiast, humble, fully dedicated and mobile to undertake the development of the company globally.

–       Willingness to work in a startup environment and take risks, especially in the early stage.

Being fluent in English is a must (working language), and speaking spanish is a plus.
