MakeSense exists to be the catalyst that allows each actor to have a positive impact. What you will do?
Join a team of passionnate people willing to tackle environmental and social issues. Your mission in a few brief words: building on makesense science of engagement, you will support and facilitate community programs (Energies for climate, Future of waste mobilisations) to accelerate citizens engagement and change within big organizations (examples?)
What we are looking for…
…an enthusiast & committed individual supporting citizens/employees in their engagement journeys towards more purposeful, people-driven, entrepreneurial and collaborative ways of working.
Ideally with experiences in community building/management inside companies, associations.
French is your mother tongue, you master English

You communicate with confidence in front of different kinds of audiences.
You have good project management, organizational and coordination skills.
You are passionate about empowering and engaging people toward a common goal.
