As an IT Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to have a large impact and sustain our quick growth by managing everything hardware-related at Heetch.

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, System Administration or equivalent.
  • You possess good knowledge of how computers and networks work. Apple’s products have no secret for you.

  • You’re extremely organized and rigorous.
  • You’re very comfortable with Google Apps and software administration in general.
  • You have a strong « can do » attitude.
  • You’re fluent in English.

Bonus points

  • You’ve worked in technical support before.
  • You’ve been exposed to cybersecurity.

What will you do?

  • Determine the best devices for each employee’s mission.
  • Design all the hardware processes (purchase requests, support, …).
  • Document all those processes for all of your team members.
  • Manage our hardware policies (security, renewal, buy-back, …).
  • Manage all the purchases, stick to a budget and report to the financial team.
  • Order and maintain our inventory of IT hardware, as well as handle maintenance in contact with our third-party providers.
  • Manage and maintain our local and remote networks.
  • Provide hardware support to everyone (troubleshooting, replacement, theft, …).
  • Setup, deploy and manage tools to make your own work easier (e.g: MDM platform).
