We are currently looking for a working student in the field of Human Resources to join our very dynamic and highly motivated team in Berlin. As an working student you will assist our HR department with all recruitment activities including social media. You will be in charge of keeping our candidate pool up to date and developing appropriate HR tools for supporting the recruitment process. Moreover, you will be responsible for HR projects and their implementation. In return, you will get the opportunity to work on exciting projects and include your own ideas.
What we’re looking for
You are currently studying Economics, Psychology or a related subject (focus on Human Resources is a plus) and you already gained experience in the field of Human Resources, ideally in the field of Recruitment. You are passionate about the internet and are familiar with all relevant social networks. Moreover, you know how to use all common MS-Office programs, your way of working is structured, creative and assertive. Furthermore, you feel confident when communicating in English.
