  We are a small hostel in an amazing lake-side location in Guatape. The hostel is pretty young and is made up of 23 beds. Located just 10 minutes outside of the town centre of Guatape, here you can enjoy the lake (which is our front yard), the incredible views and of course the great atmosphere. Hope to see you soon!   NEED ONE VOLUNTEER. As a volunteer here, we'd like that you enjoy yourself and enjoy this wonderful location! In relation to volunteering, we are looking for travelers who have a
  profile on facebook, couchsurfing, blog travel or instagram and can help us make
  publicity of the hostel up photos, telling their experience in the
  hostel and the surroundings. Helps in the networks social would be
  great, sharing photos, videos and information of the hostel. Also help with the orden and the cleaning of the kitchen, collaborate with the breakfast, recycle garbage by what each day separate them waste, keep them baths clean, out of shopping to the city, help to organize and create ideas with us, and of course be part of the house, helping as much as you can!

  For volunteering you will receive free accommodation in a shared dormitory, breakfast, as well as free use of the kayak and laundry facilities.

  Guatape is in a wonderful location so during your time here you have many options of what to do. You can swim or kayak in the lake (which is a nice temperature), climb the big rock and enjoy the mind-blowing view from the top, relax on the balcony, explore the forrest near the hostel, play paintball in Pablo Escobar's old mansion, enjoy delicious Colombian food at the restaurant next to the hostel or you can take a quick tuk-tuk into the beautifully colourful town centre.

  Guatape and it's surrounding areas have a lovely character and vibe. The town centre is wonderfully colourful and the people are very lovely. There is quite a lot to learn about this area and it's interesting history, as well as that you can always get to know the locals and learn about a different culture. Through volunteering at the hostel you also have the wonderful opportunity to meet fellow travellers and make lasting friendships. Guatape has some of the most beautiful natural scenery and there is endless chances to explore the area.
