We cater to youthful backpackers from around the world, we are exciting! Creating a environment where you can let lose and see the real Penang for what it is, Adventure! Something lovely discovered by chance; a windfall, of spontaneous events through journey where the traveler leaves their life behind for a time, to let the spirit of the landscape and architecture attract and move them, experience that makes you fearful yet fascinated, awed yet attracted- the powerful, personal feeling of being overwhelmed and inspired, a contented state of being happy, healthy and prosperous, love life deeply and live it to the extreme.

We are looking for volunteers to help out at the hostel, with jobs like taking guest around and showing them the different sites, reception work, cleaning, and generally helping out at the hostel.
We would preferably have people stay with us for at least two weeks. -
Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We believe that volunteers would be able to see the real Georgetown/Penang through a locals eyes, we would show them the best places to go and the best foods to eat.

This is an amazing Place! Everyone makes you feel at home right away and you will never want to leave! I was there for 3 Weeks and should have definately stayed longer. The work is easy and all the other volunteers and managers are super friendly. I will definately come back! 🙂

I worked two week in the hostel but it felt so much shorter. I would defo stayed longer if I didn’t already made plans after and booked tickets. It’s a really fun and chilled environment. I honestly don’t like Malaysia in gernerall but this hostel is an exceptional. I’ve met some amazing people there. Hopefully will meet them again one day.

We spent two weeks in this hostel. It was the most fun workaway experience we ever had. The atmosphere is amazing, people worked together and went out together, there were always people around to hang out with and the nights were eventful. There was no pressure and the work was easy, and we felt very free to be what we are.
