About the job

As Training & Development Manager (m/f), you will be responsible for managing our Training & Development programs, improving training experience & tools and fostering individual talent development. You will be working cross-functionally to identify training and development needs with business managers and the HR department and design and set-up IT, functional and management training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs. Your tasks consists of preparing and facilitating trainings and development workshops and also engage in professional coaching. Your role is to be both advocate and contact person for all training relevant topics both internally and externally (e.g., for coaches and training vendors) and constantly evaluate and improve training and development experience and tools

Who we’re looking for

You come with good academic credentials, preferably in Psychology or Economics with focus on people development and a relevant professional experience in design, facilitation and control of personnel and management development. You have high methodological-didactic competence and proven conflict solution skill as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills. We expect excellent communication skills both in German and in English.
