We are looking for someone who has a background in project management, who is passionate about the social change field and has been starting to work in this field. Someone who is detail-oriented, analytical and eager to learn. We are looking for someone who is proficient in English, and ideally two other languages, preferably French and Spanish. Finally someone who is at the same time strongly entrepreneurial and collaborative.
Responsibilities:
You will work as part of the Wellbeing Project team on project wide activities, as well as on activities specifically in the Learning and Convening pillar. Your responsibilities will be the following.
Knowledge & Research:
Research around articles, resources, insights, key players, conferences and fellowships,…
Information gathering & sharing, and knowledge management
Systems & internal coordination:
create and manage information systems to track knowledge
create and update admin materials as requested (budget, communications, etc)
develop and maintain consistent coordination & project tools and templates
Project implementation and activities:
Coordination and management support on specific areas of the project
Operational & logistic support for calls, meetings, retreats,…

Practically:
Start in October 2016, based in Paris and ideally until the end of the project which will take place in Q3, 2018.
Salary is appropriate for a junior position in the social sector in France. Compensation also includes a stipend for personal wellbeing work.
