As a Social Media Community Manager at Helpling you are responsible for the conception and creation of all social media content and the rollout in all relevant channels. In addition to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ you will also maintain our corporate blog. You will socialize with our community, this includes answering comments and regularly monitoring our social media activities. In addition, you will actively promote the development of our social media strategy in cooperation with our Management, PR, (Online) Marketing, and Customer Care departments. Who we’re looking for

After successfully completing your marketing degree or comparable training, you should have already gained valuable professional experience in the area of social media and online communication. You have a result-oriented, proactive working style and you are able to work independently. As a digital native, you cannot imagine a life without Facebook, Twitter & Co. You enjoy the constant contact with customers and you are able to handle the politically sensitive issues in a professional manner. Moreover, you are used to working in a highly dynamic environment and able to manage multiple social media channels simultaneously . Good MS Office and excellent German / English language skills are required.
