Maker’s Row is redefining ‘Made in America’ for the 21st Century. We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager who is obsessed with digital innovation, and will drive our product strategy and process to the next level.
We are looking for a strong leader with the ability to motivate, organize, and implement lean production methodologies. Our Senior Digital Product Manager is an influential, cross-functional team leader that works closely with the design, technology, sales and data teams, as well as senior management, to efficiently prioritize, launch, and iterate product development initiatives. The Maker’s Row Digital Product Manager will have the opportunity to help build, and guide the startup team that’s revolutionizing American manufacturing for the 21st century. This role will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of product definition, a framework of product methodology and an ability to deliver within a startup or small team environment. This role requires a confident self-starter with an inclination for breaking down complex problems with extraordinary follow through.
REQUIREMENTS
- Work closely with CEO to collaborate on product direction and prioritization
- Create simple product solutions for the small business challenges of finding manufacturers, managing manufacturing schedules, and Sales distribution
- Lead product team by implementing and managing lean development methodologies
- Lead execution and necessary iteration of product roadmap based on community needs and business goals
- Conduct deep data analysis processes to better understand small business communities
- Evangelize product strategy and roadmap with our team, customers and partners
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to determine optimal pricing and revenue strategies
- Define and refine the working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments
- Present and defend business cases with ROI and financial justification
- Lead ideation activities, product feasibility assessments, business case preparation, and overall product definition (feature lists and prioritization)
