We are currently looking for a Senior Compliance Officer Legal (m/f) who has an extensive knowledge of compliance related topics in the legal area. You will be in charge of implementing additional compliance and best practice processes as well as other measures, such as monitoring the certification procedures and creating documentation standards. You are responsible for ensuring the warranty and reliability of reporting and all communications with our ventures in order to minimize business risks. Your outstanding organizational skills are beneficial while you stand in continuously communication with the Founders of our ventures worldwide. You report directly to our General Counsel, and stay on top of things even under immense time pressure. You work extremely reliable and you organize all the necessary documents and papers always on time. Your representative communication skills especially in English allow you to convincingly represent entrepreneurial positions.
Who we ́re looking for
After completing your studies in law you gained at least 4-5 years work experience in a relevant area, ideally as an Inhouse Compliance Consultant. Your analytical and structured approach will allow you to quickly grasp complex issues and to accurately display results even under severe time pressure. You possess a very hands-on mentality and love to work independently. In addition to your high level of intercultural competence you show tremendous communication skills.
