Swift Navigation provides a centimeter-accurate GPS location for autonomous vehicles, be it a tractor, drone, car, or anything else navigating the world. 

By moving GPS positioning from custom hardware to a flexible software-based receiver, we deliver real-time kinematics (RTK) GPS that is 100x more accurate than the GPS in your cell phone, and 10x more affordable than the competition.

The role:

We’re looking for a strong Senior Account Executive to help us form new client relationships. Our industry stems directly from the semiconductor space and our sales process mirrors the unique way of doing business with these companies. You will also work closely with our VP of Business Development, marketing team and sales development to identify, develop, & close high-dollar value deals and convert leads into paying customers. 

In this role you’ll also bring your own experience to become our lead hunter who will forge new relationships and get companies using GPS to convert to our high-accuracy GPS product. Want to take control of a growing sales funnel? Here’s your chance.

You will:

  • Identify high value customers, with the experience and resources to build successful autonomous systems.
  • Effectively engage repeatedly with enterprise customers.
  • Empathize customer challenges around autonomous navigation and localization, and advise solutions that result in positive deals for Swift Navigation.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales for a highly technical product. We’d love to see a majority of that time in the semiconductor industry.
  • A measurable track record of excellent results growing sales and experience growing sales in new business area.
  • Strong experience as both an individual player and a team player in a sales org.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM, and basic sales forecasting tools.

Bonus points for:

  • Previous work experience in a technical position like engineering, manufacturing, or similar, or a degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience with selling a product that offers GPS, GNSS or RTK
  • Experience selling to one or more of these verticals:
    • Automotive
    • Ground robotics
    • Enterprise UAVs
    • Precision navigations and control
    • Precision agriculture
  • Experience doing business in the APAC region, or business-level fluency in Chinese.
