Senior Account Executive - Advertising Sales

Rouge Beauty is a media communications company that offers advertisers a preeminent media reaching women in 1500 high-end spas, nail bars and hair salons across all US major markets.

 

Rouge Beauty is presently looking for a New York City based individual who is enthusiastic, driven and professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets to fulfill the position of Account Manager for our Beauty network.

 

Dynamic, hungry experienced sales people, with a passion for beauty and a drive to succeed; need only apply.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Grow sales revenues for the national Rouge Beauty network.

 

  • Working with the VP of Sales, develop breakthrough and strategic proposals that will position rouge Beauty above and beyond our competitors.

 

  • Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets, working with an established client list consisting media/advertising agencies and multinational clients/brands, while prospecting and developing relationships.

 

Skills/Qualifications

 

  • 2-5 Years of sales or advertising agency experience with a proven track record.

 

  • Must be professional, outgoing, enthusiastic and a real team player.

 

  • Experience building strong client relationships.

 

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

 

  • Highly motivated, self-starter driven by incentives and results.

 

Compensation

 

This position offers an attractive remuneration package, which will be determined, based on the experience and strengths of the candidate.
