As a sales manager you will be based in Madrid to build up the Spanish market. Your key responsibilities are to attract business borrowers to Zencap’s platform, build a strong local sales team, and develop the local strategy. As a partnership advisor you will drive the country program to attract, sell, support and manage partnerships with industry associations, tax accountants and business brokers. You are responsible for the People Management, which includes to manage and train local sales force working with businesses and partners. Additionally there will be a high demand for conference attendance, webinars, teaching seminars, etc. Another component of your responsibilities will be to develop sales materials and pitch documents to highlight Zencap’s value proposition to customers. Furthermore you will drive effort to close borrower leads via telesales.
