Your duties:

You actively shape our fast growing company with enthusiasm and energy, being an integral part of our business development team and thus driving company strategy, internationalization, scaling, pricing, research, intelligence and partnerships around the globe.

Among other, part of your duties are:

Leading important project work within business development, i.e. managing on-time achievement of defined milestones with your team

Structuring and being responsible of a project of your choice with respect to current business needs (e.g. launch management, supplier partnerships, cross-selling activities, global pricing, …)

Delivering high-value results with visible impact, measured by KPIs initially aligned on

Managing and developing your team through continuous feedback and suggestions for improvement

Co-operating closely with the Founders and Head of Business Development to align project goals with company objectives

Your Profile:

Ideally you have a degree in the field of business, marketing, entrepreneurship, statistics, mathematics, physics, finance or a similar major

You have gained at least 3 – 5 years working experience in the banking industry, a top consulting firm or in renowned startups

You can easily work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner

You have a particularly analytical mindset

You posses a very good English knowledge (both in spoken and written)
