We are looking for a PR & Social Media Interns (m/f) for Sweden, Netherlands, Spain or France!
About the Job
As a PR & Social Media Intern at Helpling you will help creating and designing local press campaigns for the respective markets. Further, you will develop and pitch stories into local media as well as handling marketing and promotional content via our social media channels like Facebook, Twitter & Co. On top of that, you will support the Social Media Listening, engaging with Helpling’s customer community, answering comments and regularly monitoring our social media activities on all channels. Helpling offers you an international, dynamic environment as well as the opportunity to be part of a thriving company.
Who we´re looking for
At the moment you are studying (we don’t care in which subject, as long as you’re motivated and driven, we’re interested) and you will ideally have gained first experience in the field of content marketing and PR. You are a gifted writer and communicator and feel comfortable pitching your ideas in front of other people. You can’t deny your enthusiasm for the internet and you are more than familiar with social networks. First experience in PR or Social Media Management is a plus. You are confident with MS-Office programs and you have excellent written communication skills in English and are native in either Swedish, Dutch, Spanish OR French. Independence combined with creativity and stress resistance in a dynamic environment complete your profile.

Deine Aufgaben
Als Praktikant im Bereich PR & Social Media bei Helpling unterstützt du unser Social Media Team sowie unsere Community Manager bei der Erstellung von Beiträgen und Posts für alle relevanten Social Media Kanäle. Dazu gehören neben Facebook, Twitter und LinkedIn auch Google+ sowie unser Corporate Blog. Du entwickelst zusammen mit deinem Team passgenaue Inhalte für unterschiedliche Medien und verbreitest diese in den entsprechenden Social Media Kanälen. Darüber hinaus bist du in die Kommunikation mit unserer Community eingebunden und unterstützt im Monitoring unsere Social Media Aktivitäten. Helpling bietet dir ein internationales und dynamisches Umfeld sowie die Möglichkeit, Teil eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens zu werden. Du kannst wertvolle Berufserfahrung sammeln und sehr schnell Verantwortung übernehmen.
Dein Profil
Du befindest dich zurzeit in oder kurz nach deinem Studium (die Fachrichtung ist für uns irrelevant, solange du hoch motiviert bist, sind wir an dir interessiert) und hast idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Social Media-Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit Online-Communities gesammelt. Als Digital Native bist du mit der Nutzung verschiedenster Social Media Kanäle bestens vertraut und kannst dir ein Leben ohne Facebook, Twitter & Co nicht vorstellen. Du hast hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch oder Englisch und bist zusätzlich Muttersprachler in Schwedisch, Holländisch, Spanisch ODER Französisch und hast Spaß daran, kreative Inhalte zu entwickeln.
Du zeichnest dich durch eine ergebnisorientierte, proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus. Der ständige Kontakt mit Kunden bereitet dir Spaß und du kannst auch politisch sensible Themen professionell kommunizieren. Darüber hinaus bist du es gewohnt, in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und unterschiedlichste Social Media-Kanäle parallel zu betreuen. Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
