About the Job
To support further growth of the company, we are looking for an ambitious Technical Customer Success Manager who has analytical, technical and commercial skills.
As a Customer Success Manager you will work closely with our sales team and technical team. The objectives of our Customer Success Management are to strengthen Plot Projects’ trusted partnerships with existing customers, provide true added-value, increase customer satisfaction, give insights based on client data, contract retention and renewals.

 

The Customer Success Manager is a client-facing position, delivering ongoing support and guidance around product implementation and usage after the sales cycle has completed. The role focuses on relationship-building and proactive support activities that result in overall customer satisfaction, product adoption,client retention and renewals or upsells. CSM manages diverse, high profile and/or key accounts.
Key tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Assist the sales team in the final closing stages.
Understand and explain features and benefits of the product as it relates to customer needs.
Build trusted relationships with customer’s senior/strategic management, business and IT teams.
Guide the customer during the integration and setup of our technology.
Set up, track and optimize geo campaigns for our customers.
Train customer marketing teams who will use our service.
Provide first-line (technical) support.
Proactively identify opportunities for customers who require a more customised level of service or support delivered by a Plot Projects Premium Tier.
Drive Plot Projects contract retention and renewals by delivering a valued and high quality customer engagements
Requirements
We are looking for
Preferably 1-3+ years’ working experience with proven ability in a customer-facing role.
Experience in working in global / virtual teams is an advantage.
Preferably experience with SQL.
High proficiency in Excel is a must.
Undertanding a ability to treat large data sets.
Strong communication skills.
Strong English language skills; other language skills desirable.
Passionate about the field of mobile (advertising) / location based marketing / technology.
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Dedicated and persistent.
Naturally optimistic and flexible.
Organized and thrives under pressure.
Technical / analytical.
Commercially aware.
