OuiShare is looking for a junior tech production manager starting January 2016 to join the international, high energy team of OuiShare Fest, the largest international festival about the Collaborative Society, taking place May 18-20 in Paris.

This is a part time job during 5 month based in Paris.
— Job Description —
As support to the OuiShare Fest event production team and in direct contact with the Wifi & Livestream contributor, you will be in charge of:
Translating all the decisions made by the program, partners, communication, design teams into effective and tangible solutions & implementation
Look for contacts, negotiate and communicate with suppliers (for sound, light, electricity, broadcasting, translations, …). Since we’ve been organizing OuiShare Fest for 3 years already, you will not have to start from zero but will already be provided with a list of what is needed and suppliers we have worked with.
Organise the deliveries, set-up & dismantling schedule for the 3-day event
Manage a team of volunteers during the set-up, the event and the dismantle

you are comfortable working in an international environment and dynamic hierarchy that works in a self-organized and spontaneous way
you are organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
you are autonomous and proactive in your work and you are willing to work a flexible schedule
you are comfortable using online tools such as google drive, slack, trello; you have the ability to learn new tools quickly)
— Qualifications —
French native speaker and proficient in English (to be able to communicate with other international team members)
experience with technical equipment
good communication skills (oral and written)
Compensation: 3 000 €
