OuiShare is looking for two project management interns starting January 2016 to join the international, high energy team of OuiShare Fest, the largest international festival about the Collaborative Economy, taking place May 18-20 in Paris.

As our an intern, you will be in charge of supporting the partners and program team, giving you insights into all areas of international conference organization.
This role will require a highly autonomous, reliable and organised individual interested in working in an international, dynamic environment and learning about all aspects of collaborative event organization. If you would like the opportunity to meet global pioneers of the collaborative economy, are keen to learn and like challenges, then this is the right position for you.
This is a 6 month internship (typically end of studies) based in Paris.
— Job Description —
You will be in charge of assisting the event production team. This includes:
- Informing, welcoming and coordinating our international speakers before the Fest, including booking their travel and accommodation
- communicating directly with Fest speakers and contributors on all the matters related to their contribution and follow-up, including gathering of speakers presentations, briefing and organization of speakers prior and during the Fest
- Supporting the program team in processing and analysing the community contributions and helping with anything related to desiging and implementing the overall program
- managing speakers on-site during the Fest
— Your profile —
- you are comfortable working in an international environment and an organization that works in a horizontal and spontaneous way
- you are organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- you are autonomous and proactive in your work, are comfortable with assuming leadership on tasks and projects, and you are willing to work a a flexible schedule
- you are able to communicate effectively with all the participants by all means (mail, phone), mainly speakers and partners
- you are comfortable working with colleagues remotely and using online tools such as google drive, slack, trello ; you have the ability to learn new tools quickly such as Trello, Mailchimp, Eventbrite (ideally, you heard of these tools before)
- ideally you have an interest in the collaborative economy
— Qualifications —
- French native speaker and very fluent in English (this is critical because the majority of our speakers are non-french)
- excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- online collaboration skills (see details above in “profile)
Compensation: 500 €/ month
Additional benefits: position includes covering 50 % of public transport costs
