What we’re looking for:

Operations Coordinator

Everly is looking for an Administrator to build and scale our support operations based in our West Los Angeles headquarters. This position is all about tutor and client scheduling, multi tasking, and being a Jack/Jill of all trades. The role is centered on building a solid foundation for our day to day operations under the directive of the CEO & CFO. This is an excellent opportunity to be on the ground floor of an enterprise poised to change the national landscape of the private tutoring industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate high volume of Tutor/Client scheduling.
  • Source potential tutors through ad placement- taking a prospect from screening to hiring.
  • Implement various recruiting strategies through the directive of management.
  • Create, launch, and manage campaigns centered around partner acquisition within the job board realm.
  • Build an efficient and scalable support operation that produces stellar response times and high quality responses for all clients/tutors.
  • Tackle one-off projects in a quick, efficient manner.
  • Assess tutor performance.

  • Process driven. You have superior organizational skills and constantly look to rejig processes to make them more efficient.
  • World-savvy. You’re eloquent and well spoken able to strike the perfect tone, whether you are responding to inquiries from clients or explaining the Everly standards to new tutors. You’ll be tasked with scaling support in an innovative way at a company that is experiencing rapid trajectory and is constantly evolving.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelors degree required with 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Literate in Office Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a tech or start up environment is a nice bonus, but is not mandatory
