  • Description

My name is ioannis and I was a film director working in Athens.
In 2011 I left the city and went to Evoia to this very beautiful place with the idea of starting and eco community.
I work with permaculture principles and experiment all the time with new methods of cultivation. In the permaculture garden there are more than 150 different species of trees, plants and herbs.
The goal is to simplify the production methods as much as possible and let the nature do the work.
We cultivate more than 30 different veggies some rare old varieties and ofcourse cook with them!
