What we’re looking for:
After four years in business as a successful self-funded San Francisco start up, Justuno is seeking it’s first full time Marketing Communications team member. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to dive into Justuno’s product and data, and use it for testing various marketing programs to help us determine what’s driving awareness, customer acquisition and how we can reshape our brand identity and marketing initiatives to drive more discovery and usage.
Responsibilities //
- Continue to build new app store partner relationships, nurture existing relationships and develop co-promos (we’re popular: BigCommerce)
- Gain new listings and update existing listings in all stores, ensuring brand messaging guidelines throughout
- Source reviews and case studies from customers
- Education / training of cart support teams
- Manage paid digital vendor for SEM, retargeting and social
- Partner with team leads to develop email campaigns: Product (feature releases / education), Sales (promos) and Customer Success (installation / renewal / retention)
- Report on marketing channels’ effectiveness
- Oversee content creation for marketing channels, ensuring consistency with terminology and tone of voice: paid and owned channels; app store partner listings / landing pages; email
Experience //
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably retail or e-commerce
- Development of marketing dashboards: building reports for key marketing projects highlighting ROI, KPIs, observations, learnings and optimization next steps
- Familiar with organic and paid digital media channels and terminology
- Experience with content creation for marketing channels such as SEM, display / social retargeting, email and blog
