Could it be possible to mix both ? Among all the new innovations which are appearing each day, isn’t it realistic to find a solution to profit from your own private home rental and receiving those luxury hotel services at the same time ?
Actually this alternative already exists, it has been created by an English startup in 2009. They developed a new kind of hospitality by providing urban rental properties with the services of a top range hotel !
Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Rome … All these cities have already been explored and today they are looking for their new Business Developer in Milan to join the adventure !
Missions
· Responsible for the topline growth of the brand on the Italian market,
· Building a strong local business development capacity, (strategic partnerships amongst others)
· Understanding what drives local travel demand
· Establishing and undertaking a supply acquisition strategy, (figure out local specificities and finding creative manners to open private homes to travellers).
· Setting up very strong relationships within the city ecosystem : building an extensive network of partners (demand - supply perspective)
About you
· Native Italian - Milan is your playground
· Great university degree (Bocconi, etc)
· 3-4 years experience in a highly demanding environment (consulting, investment banking, VC, entrepreneurship…)
· Source of proposals
· Highly entrepreneurial mindset
· Action oriented, strong ability to simplify the complex (turn numbers into actions)
