To pursue our ambitious expansion strategy, we are looking to further strengthen our team with an international Business Development Manager. You will be part of a team of high-powered professionals responsible for the operations, supply chain and business development worldwide. This will involve both working on key projects to set up and improve our supply chain performance as well as hands-on management of operations and logistics processes that are mission-critical to the success of our international company. You will work across departments and work directly with the executive leadership team in Berlin. You will gain an insight perspective on internet startups and develop outstanding functional expertise.

Who we´re looking for

After you have earned an outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained at least 2 years of experience in high-performance environments such as Financial Services, Consulting or Startups. You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements. Beyond your managerial skills, you have strong structuring and analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude. You are very passionate about online startups and have deep interest in developing businesses. Independence, flexibility and speed are as important to you as gaining international experience. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, German, Dutch or Russian or French or Italian and keen on travelling. High entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile.
