About the Job

We are currently looking for an Internal Audit Manager (m/f) to join our team in Moscow! As the leader of our Internal Audit Team you conduct effective internal interviews in order to describe and understand the current processes and to identify the gaps between ‘as is’ and ‘to be’. You provide recommendations and monitor the progress on fulfilling them. Furthermore you carry out special given CFO tasks and perform audit tests. Leading meetings with the department heads and presenting them your results complete your field of responsibilities.

Who we´re looking for

After earning your university degree in an economics-related field with strong focus on finance (and ideally ACCA/CPA degree) you will have gained at least 5 years of work experience preferably in a well-respected international company or audit/consulting firm. You possess strong knowledge of auditing procedures and principles as well as of Russian GAAP and IFRS principles. You demonstrate an analytical and structured way of working and strong logical thinking skills. Moreover, you feel confident with all MS-Office programs, especially Excel (knowledge of 1 C 8 & Axapta is a huge plus). Furthermore, you appreciate a dynamic work environment that matches your goal-oriented way of working. Excellent English skills complete your profile.
