  We were awarded Top 8 party hostels in the world in Thailand and only really dedicated and mature people who know it's hard work running a hostel need apply. You may be doing a lot of manual work at times, work hard, play hard, don't party too hard and too crazy and burn yourself out spiritually.

  We are a very popular hostel and our volunteers go above and beyond and extend their visa because they enjoy helping here. They often do more hours than expected because they love this place. For the right person we give a lot back except of our family attitude. Parties on the island are expensive and they get VIP passes to go.

  We are looking for help at a hostel on the Full Moon Party island, Koh Phangan, Thailand. You are responsible for your own visa compliance with thai authorities. We create a great vibe for people so no complains if you think you are sitting still for 5 hours then please don't apply. Our volunteers work hard but report they enjoy the tasks.

  Hostel duties:
  - Being a host/hostess (Welcoming guests, giving them info about the island, communicating, finding out what the like and don't like, advertising tickets to parties/buses/tours etc; ), making beds.
  - Hanging out with the guests (organise outings on the bikes to the beaches, waterfall, parties etc)
  - Keeping the hostel clean, neat and cozy, so CLEANING.
  - Creating good atmosphere.
  - Social media (Making pictures and posts)
  Plus To Do List everyday with some random important tasks 😉

  Volunteers will get free passes to the famous Koh Phangan parties that go on year round on the island (Full Moon, Jungle Experience, Waterfall Party, etc.).
  There a lot of activities available on the island including The Koh Phangan Challenge, Slip and Fly, Wake Boarding, Diving, Stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling etc.
  The island also has many beautiful beaches, waterfalls, elephant farms, temples to explore and spend free time.
