  Hey there,
  we are a young German-Colombian couple in Bogota and just started to build up a small hostel with space for 18 travellers. The old, beautyfull house is located in north of Chapinero. The area around is safe and there are theater, shopping center, cinemas, restaurants and much more close to the hostel.
  There are 2 doorms and 2 private rooms, living room, eating room, patio and a terrace.
  As it´s going to be really busy the next time we are looking for some helping hands. We want offer a comfortable, adorable place where our guests fell like home.

• Help

  We are looking for people with very good knowledge in either Spanish, English and at least basic knowledge in one of those two languages. You should also have a lot of self initiative, be independent, reliable, trustworthy, responsible, enthusiastic, charismatic and engaging. You love to hang out with our guests, you are a talkative outgoing person to laugh and chat with and enjoy to help in a team. Your would help at the reception, do the market, care the plants and help with general help in the house but this depends on yours personal skills and which one you like best. We appreciate if you would stay minimum a time perdiod of one month.

  There are a lot of small beautyfull citys and outdoor activities close to Bogota. The days you where off you can visit this places or just enjoy the life in Bogota.

• Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  You will benefit from having the opportunity of learning about the daily operations of a small hostel. You will help in the reception, deal with reservations, answer the phone and give travel recommendations and appropriate travel information to the guests.
  Your stay will be really familiar and there will will be plenty of opportunities to socialise with guests from all over the world and to learn or improve languages.
  Most importantly we appreciate the Workawayer's creativity and are happy to see your ideas for new ways of improving the hostel and making the guest's time with us more valuable.
  Futhermore there are plenty things to in- and outside of Bogota.

  5 hours per day, 5 day a week.
