Heetch is a ride-sharing app with a simple mission: we want people to enjoy their night out. Every night, our drivers are doing everything to make your ride, and your night, unforgettable and friendly: good music, candies and beverages in every car! We are focusing on young people expectations and compete with Uber on this segment.

The service has launched in Paris in September, 2013 and is growing very fast since then, with thousands of rides every night in France, Poland and soon other countries 😉

Your role:
This is a role for a startup lover, an entrepreneur and a very analytical brain! Your goal is to launch Heetch in several countries in a couple of months and make the magic happen everywhere.

You’ll have to get your hands dirty from the beginning, which means:
- Define the cities where Heetch will be a success
- Find the perfect local team for the launching
- Bring the Heetch culture to each local team and help them to make the magic happen
- Analyze the data from all the cities in order to create reporting, define where we can become better and make recommendations to the local teams.

You are:
- An Engineer: you love the data, you are an Excel killer (of course) and you love to make the date understandable (ex consultant for example).
- A problem-solver; you have a strong analytical mind and can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and logical way.
- A total hustler. You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A person of high integrity; you’ll help all the Country Managers and we need trust that you’ve got the best interests of the company in mind. You’ll have a lot of responsibility, so you’ve got to step up to the plate.
- Experienced with working in an international and startup environment: you have already be a part of an international expansion
- Fluent in English / French is a bonus
- And of course, a funny and nice guy/girl!

Compensation: 45-50k€ depending on your previous experiences
