Our Global Venture Development (GVD) team is the global taskforce of our best people who set up Rocket’s companies worldwide. On each assignment you will drive a specific function such as online marketing, product development, supply management and operations. As a part of Rocket Internet’s GVD program you will rotate every 3-6 months to a new venture with different challenges and business models in different countries. You will gain an insight perspective on internet startups, learn day-to-day management and build deep functional expertise. You will be part of an international team of highly motivated and talented people. Rocket is moving at high speed, and will provide you with immense opportunities for initiative, creation and leadership. Who we´re looking for

You have earned an outstanding degree at a top university and have gained first work experience in high-performance environments. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements. Beyond your managerial skills, you have strong structuring and analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude. You are very passionate about online startups and have deep interest in developing businesses. Independence, flexibility and speed are as important to you as gaining international experience. Furthermore, you are fluent in German and English (additional language skills are a plus) and keen on travelling. High entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile.
