You will be responsible for all local marketing channels in Indonesia:

  1. Business development and partnerships (banks, telcos, internet, consumer goods, etc.)
  2. Social media, CRM (newletters, push) and online media (Display, Affiliate)
  3. Offline campaigns (events, CSR, PR) and mass media (e.g. TV, Radio, Elevators)

You activities include:

  • Design, Implement and Ensure seamless execution of cross-channels marekting campaigns
  • Responsible for local performance of paid and non-paid online marketing in collaboration with central teams
  • Define, implement and manage strategies as well as retargeting mechanisms to enhance foodpanda’s traffic, new customer acquisition and conversion
  • Work closely with our internal design and production team to ensure performance-focused, creative or text executions
  • Manage internal performance marketers and external agencies
  • Fully accountable for budget and KPIs (traffic, conversion, CAC, etc..)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Outstanding degree at a top university in economics, business administration or a similar subject and first work experience in e-commerce
  • Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial attitude with a great interest for the online business
  • Leadership skills, a social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality
  • You have knowledge of the interaction between SEM, Social Media and Display and consciousness of tracking those channels
  • Brand marketing experience is a big plus
  • Reaching targets under pressure is easy for you
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point required. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and your international background complete your profile
