Finance Assistant (m/f)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparatory accounting (examination and recording of incoming and outgoing invoices)
  • Support of our Finance team in the preparation of various reports and the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • You work closely with all other departments and local country offices
  • You communicate with banks and insurance companies
  • You support us on insurance / contractual matters

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have a commercial training or equivalent qualification and bring first experience in a similar position - ideally in the startup environment
  • Excellent MS Office applications (esp. Excel) skills
  • You have strong analytical and structuring skills combined with a hands-on attitude
  • Last but not least you have good English skills both spoken and written, German skills are a major plus
