About the Job
As the Executive Tech Recruiter (m/f) you will search candidates for key positions (CTO, VP engineering) in Rocket’s growing network of Internet companies. This includes the end-to-end executive recruitment process, from finding leads, interview coordination up to onboarding. Among your tasks would be, helping to enhance employer brand proposition of Rocket technology team and improving employee satisfaction. Furthermore, you will manage various initiatives to make Rocket the best possible place for tech talent. Finally, you assist Rocket’s Global CTO on scheduling and other organizational tasks.
Who we´re looking for
After earning an outstanding university degree in business studies or psychology, you will have gained relevant recruiting experience, preferably in the tech area / with tech background. You know and care for great tech team culture and bring experience in growing tech teams and building great tech company culture. Therefore, you are a very strong communicator and combine great networking skills with a high degree of professionalism. You are proactive and have a hands-on approach to everything you do. Your excellent organization and communication skills in English complete your profile.
