We are building the Amazon's 1-click button for the crowdfunding industry to help small and medium businesses meet their working capital requirements by turning their customers into investors. This is made possible given our technology and recent passing of title IV of the JOBS Act (equity crowdfunding) and Intrastate Exemptions approved in 17 states already with 21 quickly to follow. The rules are such that everyone can invest in any privately held business (within limits of course).
