As part of a small team, the successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, across EDRF’s sectors and geographies.
Specific Tasks Include:
· Managing CEO’s schedule (in Paris and Geneva, with extensive foreign travel)
· Sorting, prioritizing and follow up of emails, telephone calls and correspondence
· Responding to or dispatching emails received on EDRF’s generic email address
· Meeting preparation (background information, strategic notes, meeting minutes)
· Drafting presentations and talking points for CEO
· Liaison between CEO and EDRF operational team and key partners
· Liaison between CEO and Edmond de Rothschild Group
· Supporting EDRF Project Managers with Project Communication (EDRF website and social media)
· Group mailings (invitations, newsletters, list management)
· Supporting EDRF Project Managers in Event Organization
Profile:
Applicants should be graduates from high-ranking universities and possess a successful work experience that relates to the position. Experience in philanthropy and/or social innovation is appreciated, although not required.
Applicants should also:
· Have a sense of humor, lots of energy, and team spirit
· Native-level fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Spanish appreciated.
· Have the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines, while performing tasks efficiently both independently and as a part of a dynamic, culturally diverse team
· Be goal-oriented and able to perform independently, displaying initiative, and a strong sense of commitment
· Display a great deal of discretion and be comfortable working with multiple interlocutors
· Possess strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
· Demonstrate autonomy and flexibility
