The JOB:

As a Key Account Manager, you are in charge of making sure our large accounts are the happiest customers in the world and turn to be Early Metrics’ addicts. Key tasks will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts, mainly UK and FR Fortune’s 500, and ensure customer satisfaction, re-subscription and upsale.
  • Support our new business development team to close new key accounts.
  • Participate in the definition of our customer satisfaction strategy and overall marketing performance.

The package includes a fixed salary depending on your level of experience and a significant incentive on your accounts’ performance.

YOU:

Experience: 1 or 2 successful years in a position that implied client facing and proved your ability to develop and manage high margin businesses.

Education: Master degree in one of the Top global Universities or French Grandes Ecoles (Top 10).
