About the role

 Love talking to people and proactively solving issues? Then join our Customer Experience Team. This is not your average customer service job. You will be responsible for creating fiercely loyal customers while helping shape a rapidly growing start-up.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide a high level of awesomeness on the phone

  • Respond to emails and support issues promptly

  • Turn users into passionate evangelists

  • Work closely with our engineering and operations teams to solve customer issues

 

You are

 

  • A problem solver - you make all the food fit in the fridge and close the door too

  • Personable - you relate to others well and can always find common ground

  • Career-oriented - you are excited at the prospect of growing with a company and taking on new responsibilities as you go

  • Graceful - you are self aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails

  • Fun - you are down for nerf gun wars and weekly “Beer O’Clock” company updates (alcohol optional of course)

 

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
